Aside from a great looking gas grill and the brand name of Weber that is a sure sign for quality, we take a look at the every day functionality and practicality of this product.  To start with it has many features that you wouldn’t find on other gas grills.  To start with the ignition lighter makes it easy to light and will continue to work even in damp conditions which most other ignition systems fail with.  It has 3 gas burners on this model which allows it to heat rapidly and it holds it temperature well.  The heat distribution is exceptionally even with no hot spots at all on this product making it easy to cook food correctly and evenly.  I would highly recommend that you take a look at the free cook book that’s included with the Weber 4521001 as they have already taken the time to learn all the best ways to get the most out of this product.  It provides advice on the best cooking times, heat levels, and even indirect or direct heating techniques to make you look like the master chef right from the get go.  The cooking area is substantial on this grill but the grill only has porcelain enameled grates as standard, and although this type of grate will work just as well we were surprised that it doesn’t have a cast iron grate as standard. You can purchase a cast iron grate separately if required, as it will offer a slightly better standard of heat distribution from the porcelain enameled version which will also need more oil brushing before use to ensure that your food doesn’t stick to the grill.  We liked the fact that the burner controls are on the right side of this Weber 4521001 grill as it allows for storage in a small space.  Although most people had no trouble at all assembling this product i would recommend that you download and review the instructions fully before the product arrives, as this will go a long way to reducing the assembly time.  Its always best to manage your expectations and don’t expect to get this out the box and be up and grilling in an hour.  Some reviews have commented that it took them nearly 3-hours to put this together, but I personally think that is on the extreme side.  If you want to read more direct customer reviews on the Weber 4521001 gas grill, then all you need to do is visit this link to read some more reviews.

This Weber 4521001 grill is a powerful and well made gas grill that will cook your food amazingly as it achieve a very high heating level and the heat is distributed evenly across the whole of the large cooking area.  The grill is also very attractive and extremely functional with an easy way to control the heat and distribution as required.  It also heats up quickly and is very easy to keep clean, but I always try and clean my grill down whilst its still warm, as it makes life a bit easier.  You really cant go wrong with a Weber grill these days, and they are widely recognized as the market leading provider of high quality grills.

The back up service from Weber is also highly rated and your always be sure of the availability of spare parts if required. I also would recommend to purchase a custom grill cover to protect your investment if you’re not storing the grill in a out building.  I highly rate this product and as it would be difficult to really improve this product any further that’s why we have given it such as high score.  So overall the Weber 4521001 scores highly in all areas and you wont be disappointed in this model.
